I'm glad I'm not the only one who has songs for the couples they write! They just kind of pick them up . . . very often, it's the Sappy Radio Ballad of the Moment. ~_^
Serena and Darien's song was "Truly, Madly, Deeply" by Savage Garden. Ken and Omi's is "Angel of Mine" by Monica (well, that one has a direct connection, since Ken's nickname for Omi in my fics is "Angel.") Subaru and Kamui's is "Hero" by Enrique Iglesias (or maybe it's that other Latin guy).
And then, there's Generic Couple Songs that can apply to just about every couple I write, like "I Melt With You" by Modern English.
My OC from the "Hot Controversy" series, Lori, also has an Image Song: "Bitch" by Meridith Wilson.
