Exams are half over! The one yesterday went okay, I think, but I'm about 99.9% sure I failed the course.
Oh well...
Saw 'The Last Samarai' last night. It was good - and I mean *damn* good. I didn't even *think* about looking at my watch - and the movie seemed so much shorter than it actually was... It was a really wonderful story. I was literally on the edge of my seat the entire time, because - well - you just wanted to know what *happened*. It was one of those amazingly captivating movies. Just... wow. Wonderful. I recommend it highly.
I also got most of my Christmas shopping done last night, plus a birthday present for Jeremy. We're celebrating that tonight. I have to go back up there today to get his Christmas present, because they had the DVD *in*, but it wasn't being unpacked until this morning.
Very annoying.
Oh well. Last night was fun, anyway. I was shopping with just Sarah, who I haven't seen in a while, and V came with us for the movie. We also got to see Sarah's new eight-week-old kitten, which was absolutely the cutest thing. They're so sweet when they're tiny like that...
It was a successful evening, all in all.

ah, jealous. I'm dying to see Last Samurai, but I don't think I'll ever get the chance. I'm thrilled to hear it really was good though.
