So last night we saw Van Hellsing, which was entertaining but by no means an example of blindingly brilliant cinema. Carl was the best character (David Wenham!) and Hugh Jackman was damn sexy. That's about all I have to say.
Other than that, yesterday was more or less predictable. I picked up a Mother's Day present for my mom, and basically did nothing all day long. I'm so lazy.
Oh well. It's summer. Nothing left to do but lounge around. Uh, and work, I guess. Stupid work.
Manga-wise, I ordered volume seven of Fake and the first volume of Hikaru no Go - so those should be here the week after next.
Hikaru no Go and D.N.Angel actually share a translating annoyance - everyone is referred to by their first names instead of by their last names (as they are in the original). For HikaGo, this is just annoying, but in D.N.Angel I think it'll cause problems later on.
Oh well.
Maybe if I stop being lazy I can actually get some fanfiction written today. We'll see.
I'm still toying with various ways to start my new fanfic... I obviously have to build into it, but I'm not quite sure how I'm going to do it yet.

Anyway, I have five episodes left to watch. I think I'll do that before I head to mom's. ^_^ Maybe the end of the series will slaughter it. *is fairly certain its an overdone plot anyway*
