I downloaded a program to find and get rid of the Adware on our computer. It seems to work pretty good, so I guess that's a good thing. Problem is, hotmail's not working for me now - it hasn't been since I ran the thing - and I wonder if they're related.
Anyone else had this problem, ever? It's very annoying. I can't check my email.
Meh. Anyway. I'm at 8800 words, which means I didn't write as much as I would've liked yesterday. I think I might be slowing down already, and that's not good.
Hopefully I'll get back into it... Problem is, I've got an assignment that I want to work on today (it's due Monday, but it's a hassle to leave it because we always get a new assignment during lab) and then belly dancing tonight, too. I don't know if I'll as get much writing done as I want to.
I guess we'll see.

8800 isn't bad considering it's only the fourth.
Good luck! Hope school doesn't get you down too much.
And I keep meaning to read your stuff, but it'll probably have to wait 'til this weekend.

The best free one out there so far is Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition (Downloadable here: http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html at 2.5 MB) If you're using this, there's zero effect on Hotmail. I can't speak for any other programs.
As far as Hotmail goes, a few months ago, I couldn't get into my account for 4 days. (And it was a -paid- account! I could access my free ones just fine.) I emailed the customer service (or whatever they call themselves) and they said something like the server was having problems... so Hotmail can zonk out all on its own without anything having been caused by the user.
My reccomendation is to run Ad-Aware if you're not already... and if that doesn't fix it, email Hotmail.

But, yeah. My sister's hotmail account works fine. They must just be having a problem with one of their servers or something. Mine just happens to be one of the lucky affected accounts.
Ah well. Thanks for the advice. ;)
