Well, it depends on if you like that sort of movie or not. It's about the whole heaven vs hell thing - there's demons, and there's angels. You see more demons than angels because they're the ones the main character beats up and sends back to hell.

It's an entertaining movie. I didn't get bored while watching it. It wasn't until afterwards when I started realizing what I didn't like about it.

I can't say whether or not it'd be worth it for you, though. ^^; Depends on your taste, I guess.
