All right, I caved
Way too many people on my friends list are doing this, so now I feel like I have to as well. Here we go.
Make 15 anonymous comments to people on your friends list. Invite everyone to guess where (or if) their comment is on the list. Cross off comments that have been guessed correctly.
1. I met you in Digimon (yeah, you and half the friends list, but I didn't start talking to you until I got *back* into Digimon for some reason, even though I'd read your fics and collabs before) and have yet to thoroughly convert you to other fandoms. Hikaru no Go is a possible exception, but you only got into that when I got out of it. I'm working on correcting this, if you'd just cooperate. I WILL WEAR YOU DOWN. So hah.
2. This one's going to be way too easy to guess, but since you're the person who gave me this LiveJournal, I suppose I'll let you have it. Your rants are kickass, your fics are awesome, and you recced me to one of my current favorite anime. I am in awe of your genius. Complete awe.
3. I have guessed which comments were intended for you on almost every journal I saw this comment meme in. You must just be that memorable. I suppose it's useless to tell you to try and fight back against the hold your cats have on your soul, since they seem to have you roped up pretty good. Don't forget to give me an invite to your wedding if you happen to be in the area.
4. The first person I met in a very small fandom, and one of the few who actually wrote for it. (translation: wrote fics for it that weren't crappily done het) I still like hearing about your current fandom - I'm glad you got a LiveJournal so I could properly keep track of you. Even if we're not as obsessed with the show that made us friends any more, let's not totally lose touch, okay?
5. Congrats on the new job - and congrats on being fired from the old one, because it sucked monkey bones. It's childish, but OMG YOU ARE MY BFF!!!!!! And now you can pretend you don't know me, except when you need to watch more Hunter X Hunter and can ONLY get the DVDs from me. MWAHAHA! (btw, we still need to plan more comic. I keep forgetting)
6. You make it onto every single one of these memes whenever I happen to do them. Neither of us is really into the fandom that made us friends (surprise, surprise) but it's not like we've forgotten it completely. I still enjoy chatting with you, and seeing what's going on with your life, even if you're afraid that your friends are one-fandom only. I still blame you for random stuff, just 'cause it's fun to see your reaction.
7. I just want to see if you actually read this and guess who you are. Because this will probably be pretty obvious. I haven't been following your journal for that long, and admittedly I friended you because of your FMA stuff, but the first time I saw you, you were writing insanely awesome and sadistic Digimon works that had everyone either worshipping you or running away screaming. I wonder if there are still people who don't know they were the targets of that one fic.
8. You seem to obsess over fandoms I was in for long periods of time. When I met you, you were fangirling over the fandom I keep coming back to. Now it's the fandom I was in for the single longest period of time. I'm not an RPer but I love reading your rants about the bad people in RPGs. You need to watch more UPS, too!
9. You have the same birthday as me! And wow, that makes it insanely obvious, but I had to put this on the list because... well... because! I love your HikaGo fics, too. So IC and wonderful.
10. The fact that you read my fanfics and original stuff even though I know you don't like yaoi always makes me happy. And I love the stuff you write, because you have a good style even if you don't take it too seriously. I hope you do write an original story, so I can read it. You should also see if you can stay on stress leave, because it seems like a sweet deal. Plus, that place is evil and you shouldn't be working there. Better to get paid for doing nothing.
11. You listen to me babble on about series you know nothing about (or, knew nothing about before I told you more than you probably wanted to hear about) and actually make comments and act like you're interested. I appreciate this. And your fanfics are brilliant; I love reading them even if I've moved on from the fandom and don't usually read fics for it any more. I also rely on you to tell me about the crazy things people do. Your WTF posts are great.
12. Spontaneous Lemon Queen! And you'll probably not get a chance to see this entry at all, so you'll never guess yourself, but if you did, you'd know exactly who you were. Too bad you didn't get to finish that one drabble you were working on; I wanted to see more of it. Ah well.
13. I'm still working on reading chapter two, even though you probably think I've forgotten. I haven't! I just keep getting distracted and am incredibly lazy. Bah. But I love your writing - I have since I met you in the Digimon fandom. (you and half the list, I know) You really need to stop lending stuff to your sister, though. She seems pretty evil.
14. You fanfics blow me away, but your AMVs are even better! I don't know if you follow this journal closely enough to catch this entry, but I really want to say that I appreciate all your help with my first AMV. Your critique was really excellent. I respect you and your work, and like to keep track of your life through your journal, even though I don't comment much. Thanks again!
15. I hope you weren't thinking I forgot you, even though you're on the other side of the world now. (four whole hours in a car and then a ferry, yeesh) I just had to save the best for last. We still have so much we need to do... Remember that list we made of stuff to do during the summer? Hopefully we can make up for all that procrastinating two years from now when we have the greatest time of our lives. Right?
Only 15 people... Oi. I have over 70 on the list. Don't feel bad if you aren't on here, okay?

You realize that if I do and like it, I'll blame you for that too, right?

My fandoms are usually pretty long-lived compared to most people it seems. My first fandom obsession lasted five years, others two or three years (often at the same time), then Digimon was about three years too, so I imagine I've got a while yet in my Weiß fandom :)
And I'm glad you enjoy my rants XD I think a lot of the things that make for bad RPers also make for bad fic writers or simply annoying people in the fandom discussions. Cheers to rational thinking!
You know I still want to get you into RPing, right? It's kind of rare to find people with good writing and a good grasp of so many characters. Even though we sometimes disagree on interpretations of some characters, I hope you know that I respect the differences in opinion.

Well, give me a call when you're done, maybe you can come hang out with us for a while. :)

Good luck on the RPing thing - maybe one day you'll give me a convincing enough argument for it. Maybe. And of course I know you respect the differences in opinion. I do the same. S'all good.

*is always really bad at this*
And now you know what's it's like to have to pair down your huge friend's list to fifteen people. XD

Wow, I must've made this really easy... Everyone who's guessed so far has got it right.
I actually avoided having to make choices by just picking 15 people at random. ^^; The first names that drew my eye.

I'm flattered I'm on here, actually. I totally wasn't expecting it. *g*

Ah, my Hikago fics. I swear to god they still live. five pages of pure go-dorkiness. no plot. just go. it wounds me.

I kinda just picked people at random, so I don't know how flattering it is... but yeah. ^___^;;

I hope you write more someday, but I can't complain because I have a ton of unfinished fics myself. ^^;

Btw, are you working tomorrow? I am, but only until 8, and me and Jo are gonna hang out. Care to join us?

I am writing. I am, I am, I am. Just little time to concentrate on it as work currently kills me. Quit job to get more free time, go back home, have three days of joblessness and then end up working 50 hour weeks. Kills my brain before it has time to think. Please complain. I only have two short scenes left to 5. Someone make me finish. Arr.
. . . isn't 14 vacationing in Germany right now? If it's the her I'm thinking of and her awesome, awesome AMVs. So much love.

Please finish it? ^^; I can't force you because I have no spine. But it'd be cool if you did.
I only have one HikaGo icon on this journal, actually. The rest are other fandoms. :)

I think I know most of your other fandoms 'cept the Planet Survivor (so managled that title) one. Even HunterxHunter, though it never quite held my attention sadly enough. My icons get rotated a bit so this batch gets the spotlight for awhile, though my peeved!Hikaru one will always stay.

Most of my other fandoms are fairly well-known, except Uninhabited Planet Survive (which no one knows about) and Orphen (which I don't have any icons of).
Hunter X Hunter totally did not go the direction I would've expected from the first few episodes. It seemed so... light. The last bit of the TV series gets kinda dark. I absolutely adore all the characters, though.

...whoa, psychic WinAMP moment. I see your icon and it pulls up "Where Have All the Cowboys Gone" ...to your fandom, I suppose! XD
Spork!
I've turned into such a hopeless, pathetic recluse lately. ::kicks self:: I keep blaming on my comp, because I've removed all but essential functions (ie internet) a month ago, but I've been working so much...can't seem to find time to find W98se disks or reboot disk. I still think a sledgehammer would be much more effective, really.
::sobs:: You just had to bring up Orhpen...and Digimon...and HikaGo...all in your later post, too, didn't you? I'm a horrible person! ;p *snuggleloff* I swear, tonight, the computer will die. And then I'll be good and write and talk and all that stuff that normal people do. Really! long live the spork!
Re: Spork!
Everyone's busy. I feel guilty over a half-dozen things I'm not doing at any given time, and hell, a lot of those times I'm just being lazy and not busy at all.
But, ah, old fandoms. :) Makes you feel nostalgic, doesn't it?

Typically I read all of the entries on my friendslist, though at the moment I'm catching up more than two weeks' worth of entries from while we were in Germany. (That much said, belated Happy Birthday!) It's sad that I'm still almost 400 entries behind. ^^;;
And again, it was my pleasure to help you with your first vid. You are very talented, and I can't help but hope you are inspired to make another AMV some day. Though I'll be selfish and also hope that you end up writing in one of the fandoms I'm into; your fics have always been among my favorites. ^_^

I would really like to make another vid some day... I'd love to make one for Hunter X Hunter, but I just don't have a song that really inspires me. Plus, the footage I have is not great. I'd probably end up having to rip stuff off my DVDs, and even then... Ah, well.
It'd be nice if I could write for a fandom you're into again one day. :) Especially since if I do, I can bribe you into writing fics for me as well. Hee. :D
