Naw, don't worry about it. ^^ I send tapes of anime to people all the time; the shipping cost doesn't do too much damage (especially not considering the hours I'm doing at work now).
It should be about 3 tapes per season, if memory serves me correctly... I think I still have a tape set of season 1, actually - I might just send that one, if I can find it. It's probably better than taping off the DVDs anyway.
Can't give any estimate on how long it'll take. ^^; Depends on whether the DVDs want to play straight through or stop after each episode.
Did I already send you a tape with the movies in Japanese with subs, or did you want those too? I also have the dubbed movie 4 on my computer if you want that...
