Well, I finally got my hands on the full version of this song. Score! I was pleased to find this yesterday before I went to work. Such a good song...
Anyway, I also got a lot of work done on the prologue to my new AU. So far, it's ten pages long, and reminding me of the first few episodes of the show. Ehehe... well, whatever. It's going to be *quite* different later on.
I'm getting all sorts of inspiration for this one. It's great!
Yesterday at work the power went out. It was only for half an hour, but that half hour was great - no customers in the laundromat. I was kind of hoping it'd last all night, but it didn't. Oh well.
I have to work this morning - but, hey, at least I don't have to work tonight. Hehe. I get Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday off this week, which is good. And I found out that my birthday is going to be on a Saturday - and a Saturday when Sheri isn't working at one of the other stores, so I'll probably be able to get it off. Excellent.
Of course, that's a long time from now, but whatever.
My sister came home from Sacremento on Friday night, by the way. She is home for the summer. Unlike with the other two sisters, I am actually happy to see this one. Maybe it's because she's so far away and I don't really see her that much.
Well, whatever.
