That scene is from episode 26 of Tamers, after Rika, Kazu, and Kenta come out of the digital storm. In the dub, Kazu is threatening to tell Rika about an embarrassing moment of Kenta's (because they were arguing) and Kenta is trying to beg forgiveness. But I think it might be something different in the original.
