I think my exams went okay... Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] tsaiko for always wishing me good luck whenever I say I have an exam - I think it helps me out somehow.

Anyway, yesterday at work was hellish. That's the second time I've had to call the police from McCleaner's. This time, a pregnant lady came in in tears and shaking, and told me her husband smashed up their house with a baseball bat. I called the police, she spoke to them, and we locked all the doors because her husband was lurking around outside peering in through the windows.

It was kinda creepy.

Aside from that, we all went over to Adam's as usual and talked for a while and had pizza and celebrated Jo's last night at her old job. It was fun, and I stayed out very late - until five, actually, which I haven't done in a long, long time.

Hence the reason I'm tired now.

I also forgot my D.N.Angel DVDs at Adam's, but went back and got them this morning, so it's all okay.

Yeah! I'm glad I can (kind of) help in my small way. I always try to wish people luck for exams. Sometimes it's really needed. ^_^

I hate going to laundromats. If there's not a gang of six year olds running around and getting in my way, there's crying babies or old men who hobble up to me and start sorting through my clothes for no apparent reason (alright, so that only happened once, but that's one time too many for me). One time I was there when the cleaning guy came in to wash the floors, and as I sat on the bench trying to read as my clothes tumbled in the dryer, he fired up the impossibly loud floor waxer and began trying to have a conversation with me (that mostly consisted of him shouting about how much he hated (or "fucking hated") his job.

You do work at a laundromat, right? Otherwise all my little anecdotes here were pretty pointless.
