Yes, it's the Hokuto Cup special . . . in fact, that's the DVD I have. God, I love that cover, it's *so* AkiHika.

As for the tarot cards . . . that's . . . odd. Looks like they just used random manga images and didn't even try to do anything symbolic. HikaGo would be kind of hard to do a tarot for anyway, given that the characters are so *human* -- there's an almost total lack of symbolic, archtypal figures.

Okay, good, that means I don't have to spend more money. ^_^; I really do like the color, though... *admires* It is pretty AkiHika, isn't it?

Yeah, when I saw that in the listing on ebay, I was wondering how they'd do it. Guess random pictures work fine. I can't imagine any of the characters being symbolic. I mean, I've seen anime where each character seems to represent something, but Hikaru no Go isn't one of them. Actually, shounen anime/manga in general tend not to have that. Normally it's just ordinary people testing the limits of what they can do in a given situation.

And as much as I love shoujo series, I think I really prefer that. It's always just so refreshing to watch or read.

I have that tarot deck. It comes up often in eBay... it's worth getting, but don't buy it on a bidding war.
