So before I forget, Digimon episode four is available for download at Wolf Pack Productions. I'm downloading it as we speak.

I'm hoping it makes more sense in japanese than it did in the dub. Because the dub for this episode really confused me.

We'll see, I guess.

The barbeque was yesterday, and the burgers were good. I read my philosophy text while eating, which wasn't too bad since it was kind of interesting. I also did some writing in class. Which is definitely good.

Writing is getting done! Slowly but surely.

I watched Gundam Seed and Witch Hunter Robin last night. In both cases I thought the dubs were pretty weak. Gundam Seed looks kind of interesting and I'll probably keep taping it. Witch Hunter Robin didn't seem that great. I might watch it every week, but no wasting tape space on it.

And I work tonight... blech. No fun.

Well, Piyomon kind of scared me in this episode, but oh well. xD

Well, I have to admit I did watch both series in Japanese the first time through. ^_^;; Hiro Yuuki as Michel (the hacker kid in Witch Hunter Robin) amused me to no end because it meant I could close my eyes and have Omi there instead. If you've got a place in town that rents anime dvds (or at least the first disc), you could try out the Japanese track and see if you like it better. I recall animenewsnetwork.com giving a particularly poor review of the dub, though Crispin Freeman fans love it. *shrug*

Gundam Seed actually took me longer to get into, but Gundam series always seem to do that until I find a character I latch onto. Nonetheless Seed is right behind Wing on my favorite Gundam series. Cartoon Network did it a disservice by hacking the episodes to pieces for commercial breaks; in this case, only the first dvd is out (the second and third will be released in October simultaneously), but if you're curious and have the chance, check it out in Japanese. It is very good, I just have to say from personal experience that it took me a few episodes to get into the show.
