Well, yesterday kind got off to a really bad start. I had class at eleven - except I didn't have class at eleven, because that class had been moved to five o'clock. Very inconvenient time for me.
Thus, I had to find another class - not actually that hard, since I'd been considering a different class already anyway, and it was at a convenient time. The only reason I hadn't picked it up for this term was because I was taking the main prerequisite to it last semester and wanted to be sure I'd passed before I registered for it.
Also, there's a lesser prerequisite that I'm only just taking this semester, but the instructor was really nice, and since I'd got an A in the main prerequisite, he let me take it.
So I have class at noon now instead of eleven. All is good. I spent the hours from eleven until four at the school, most of which were occupied worrying and fretting and freaking out and trying to get my schedule straightened out. I didn't get to eat lunch until moments before my three o'clock class, when I had an overpriced sandwich from the cafeteria.
But enough of sob stories. It's over now, and things are worked out.
Creative writing looks like it's going to be fun. Even though it's poetry, I'm very glad I decided to take that one this semester. The instructor seems nice, and the course looks intersting. 50% of our grade is for ten poems we'll be writing, and 50% is for the play we'll be writing. It'll be a one-act play, only about ten - fifteen pages.
I'll have fun with it.
I'm very glad lab was cancelled for this morning, though... it means I have a day off to relax for a while before getting back into things again tomorrow.
Maybe I'll try and write that poem for next week's class.

I don't cheat with my schoolwork.
No, you cannot write the poems for me. I will write them myself. Please don't ask me something like that again.
If you want, I'll share the themes and you can try to do the poems yourself, but I am NOT turning in something you wrote and saying it's mine. Actually, I'm kind of offended that you even made the offer.

Sorry if you understood it as me being serious. I wasn't.

Yeah, I'll give you the themes when we get them, assuming I remember. ^^; I think we're doing a lot of freeverse, and he mentioned surrealist poetry, whatever that is...
That's all I know so far, anyway.

I think that surreal poetry is something totally unrelated to any action; there isn't any plot, and it's not necessarily clear what's going on.
