(no subject)

So, in addition to seeing the end of Uninhabited Planet Survive (you may have noticed the very, very happy reaction to that - I'm still on a high, I swear. It was excellent), I also received my mail from Amazon.ca. So, now I have volumes two and three of Hikaru no Go - twenty more to go! - and the second Card Captor Sakura movie on DVD.

I intend to watch the dub of that today. After class, of course. I should be working on the second stage of that project, but I'm lazy. No one needs to remind me of this when I'm freaking out next week trying to get it done. I already know, trust me.

So, yeah, yesterday was pretty decent. Good anime, class was okay, and stuff came in the mail. S'all good.

I didn't get that drabble finished, though, [livejournal.com profile] sugahlei... I'm sorry! I can't think of a way to end it! Meeeeeh...

I will somehow get it finished today. I have lots of time, and it must be put to use. The drabble must be done!

And then I'll move on to the next one, because I so have to write a bunch.

EDIT: Just saw the cast list for the dubbed Kyou Kara Maou... MONA MARSHALL is Wolfram?????? I'm... not sure if I can imagine that, really. If I ever see the dub, all I'm going to think when I hear Wolfram talk is "OMG, IZZY!"

It may take some getting used to.

and 50 other characters... o.O;; I've seen a few things where Mona managed to -not- sound like Izzy. There's a slightly less intellectually stuck-up voice that comes off more as pouty... which I can see fitting Wolfram. But... it could go the other way, too. It looks like the release is in mid-April. I'll have to hurry with my KKM fic. I'd been hoping to see the end of the series before I worked on it any more, but I'm feeling the urge to get my foot in the fanfic door before the inswelling of fen.

And I -give up-. Would you please link me the English cast listing? I'm curious about the others and can't find it listed anywhere. Although I did find this promising review: http://www.animeondvd.com/reviews2/disc_reviews/3776.php And it appears they're breaking the 39 eps onto 9 (count that: nine) DVDs. Mou... *pouts* The Digital Deities know I'll be buying them, but NINE? I think the Fruits Basket release forever spoiled me. Considering that KKM season 1 is significantly longer than FB, I'd have been thrilled with seven and satisfied with eight.. but nine? That breaks down to three discs with 5 eps and six discs with 4. I admit, it's waaay better than Inuyasha's 3 eps per disc (o.O;;;), but I'm spoiled and penniless until I start my career in a year and a half.

Right... so link me, pweaeze?
