4) Nicotine, but not by that much. An excess of either is bad.
5) That's a tricky question. I suppose I would say something along the lines of 'caring for someone at least as much as you care for yourself, leaning towards more. Wanting their happiness as much or more than you want your own.'
6) Yes. Without a doubt. I look back on my old entries, and realize how young and silly I was back then. There are things I posted back then that I would not post now, for certain.
