January - Well, it's the start of a brand new year. So it was. That always fills me with hope, somehow... as if everything is new because the year is. That feeling usually doesn't start fading until halfway through the month.
February - I like this icon. That was my Laccus icon, which is very pretty. At the time I liked it because it was new, but I still like it now.
March - I didn't get the job at ASL; they offered it to someone else. That was so disappointing. I remember it being that much more of a piss-off because they didn't bother to tell me this. I had to call (multiple times) to find out. Compared to that, my current place of employment is pretty damn good.
April - I always feel so bleh after a weekend is over. If I actually have the weekend off, that is still true.
May - Today is the fifth day of my new job. That was a good time, with so much hope for the future. Everything was fresh and new. It was a little scary, but I was so happy at the same time.
June - This is a neat idea. A reference to [Unknown site tag], which I still think is a neat idea. 6A doesn't own LJ any more, but we'll have to wait and see how SUP is going to handle things.
July - So, I saw Transformers last night. That was an excellent movie. I went in with some moderate expectations, and it most definitely exceeded them.
August - I work late today, so I amused myself by checking out Potter wank courtesy of a link fromsailormac. Hahaha... Potter wank... always good for a laugh or two. I'd imagine the fandom will start to slowly trickle apart now that the books are all out, but something new will become the powerhouse fandom to replace it soon enough.
A lot happened in August, so this sentence seems very insufficient... I bought a car, we got a place, we attended AE, and Cody's sister got married. But the first post of the month is Potter wank. That amuses me for some reason.
September - The wedding went well. We are moved in and working on gradually getting settled. I guess two sentences is cheating, but it works out better this way.
October - A bunch of my Saint Tail stuff arrived in the mail today! I still haven't finished watching all of Saint Tail. I keep getting distracted. Heh.
November - Random question... who came up with the idea of hate memes anyway? After the hate meme was posted in the D.Gray-Man fandom. What a stupid idea...
