Avatar Big Bang

So I'm going to participate (or try to, anyway) in avatarbigbang.

I have until August 15th to come up with a completed story that is a minimum of 10k words. I claimed #120 on the community's list of prompts, but odds are, it won't be the one I'm writing. I still think it's an interesting idea and I might try to do it as a second entry if I end up with extra time, but... well. I'd like to do something that's not AU first. (thanks go to herongale for helping me organize my thoughts there)

However, if author sign-ups end and I still haven't got a workable story to go with, that prompt will be the default.

I'm pretty excited about this challenge! Hopefully that excitement will carry me through the process of plotting and writing and re-doing things that don't work and tearing out my hair in helpless frustration.

We'll see.
