I don't have much to talk about today, other than work last night - which was just... well, work. Bleh. And I work again tonight. Fuuuun.
Oh well. Anyway, V got me thinking a while ago... she's reading het again. Well, sort of. But I started thinking about the het couples I like in various movies and anime. There aren't that many. And I never read het fanfiction. But I still remember liking them...
Nagi/Tot (Weiss Kreuz) - I just think they're sweet. Honestly, it was episode 22 that made me like this couple. Otherwise, I wouldn't have cared much. But I think it works well.
Ron/Hermione (Harry Potter) - Actually, I don't read Harry Potter for any romantic interaction. I wouldn't care if these two didn't get together, but I think it'd be cute if they did.
Sorata/Arashi (X) - I *like* this couple. I like the way they interact, and I love Sorata's unapologetic boldness. Episode 20 was utterly sweet, but I'll be sad when I see Sorata die.
Hiroshi/Kasumi (Pokemon) - I couldn't tell you why I like this one. Actually, maybe I could. Dana's fanfiction. There's little to no evidence on the show, but the fanfics were good.
Faramir/Eowyn (Lord of the Rings) - These two haven't even met yet, but I'm already convinced that I'm going to love this couple. I like their personalities.
Takeru/Hikari (Digimon) - I like them. I think they fit well together. I've come to appreciate Takeru with Iori as well, but generally, I prefer him with Hikari. It just seems right.
Goury/Lina (Slayers) - Hah! I've only seen a few episodes of Slayers, but these two are a dynamic pair. They seem well suited for each other - assuming they can afford the food bill.
Ojirou/Misaki (Angelic Layer) - It was probably just the fight between these two that convinced me the couple was worthy of becoming one I actually liked rather than shrugged at.
Shaoran/Sakura (Card Captor Sakura) - My favorite het pairing! I just think these two are so cute! I've actually tried to read fanfiction... and I'm contemplating writing one. Wow.
And that's my whole list of het pairings I like. Interesting, isn't it? I just felt like posting it. I can't really get into het pairings any more, except for Shaoran/Sakura - and that just because of the undeniable cutenss of it. Yaoi is just too good, and too much fun. Even if I like a het pairing, it's not the same as liking a yaoi pairing.
Ah well. Can't complain.

Shaoran/Sakura, of course... Inuyasha/Kagome and Miroku/Sango... I could see Ron/Hermione, but otouto says Harry and Hermione is better... blah...
Um... O.o; I was sure I had a least a FEW more... Wait. Gourry/Lina and Zelgadis/Amelia, and Xellos/Filia... For some reason there are just some animes I don't like yaoi in at all, but those are very limited... -.-;
Oh! And Ferio/Fuu and Ascot/Umi and Lantis/Hikaru, though I also like Lantis/Eagle... I don't actually read fics about any of the het pairings I like, though... I've read ONE, about Inuyasha and Kagome.
