Despite all my contempt for Twilight, I will admit that there is one very important reason that the fourth book needs to be made into a movie, and this reviewer expresses it brilliantly.

Other bad movies will be compared to this one for decades. I'm sure of it.

I've only seen and read the first book and movie (ugh why did I do that to myself?!)

But the overwhelming WTfery of Breaking Dawn almost made me want to read the whole series for the LOLs. Instead though I want to see Breaking Dawn the movie....

I've... read parts of the first book. Enough to know the woman can't write and I don't want to see any more. I had no interest in seeing any of the movies.

But it's hilarious to tell people who don't know anything about Twilight the summary of book four. Their jaws just drop. It's awesome.

I might consider going to see the movie if they leave it completely intact without any cuts or edits.

... on second thought, though, probably not. I'm sure the choice bits will end up on YouTube and I really dont't want to sit through the whole rest of the movie to get to them.

I've heard this from a lot of Twilight fans (the sane ones, anyway). XD So you're not alone.

Yeah, I don't recommend reading the books. From what I've heard plotwise, the first three are (relatively) harmless, aside from co-dependent relationships being portrayed as romantic and some other teen love-fantasy ridiculousness. But what I've seen of the writing is terrible. The woman is like a bad fanfic author.

I wouldn't pay money to see the movie (once it's made), but I suspect the lolzier clips will end up on YouTube or something. I'll wait for that.
