I finally have my CCS DVDs!!!!! Yay! Yay yay yay yay yay!!!! I've been watching them ever since I got them in the afternoon yesterday! Hey... I have seventy episodes to get through. Hehe... gotta move right along.

Add a new obsession to the list. I knew it would be. Ahhh... I love how everyone loves Yukito... hehehehehe... personally, I prefer Touya... but hey, it's all good. I just watched the "Cinderella" episode - Touya tells that girl who likes him that he's into someone else. (and we all know who "someone else" is... hehehehe... I love Clamp) I already can't wait to get to episode 65, those two are just the cutest!

The fact that Shaoran and Sakura absolutely despise each other at this point is pretty cute, too. More or less normal for anime, but cute all the same. And Tomoyo is the sweetest thing. Keeping an eraser just because it was the first thing Sakura ever gave to her... Awwwwwwww...

I'm drowning in adorable-ness.

And, impressively enough, everything came in its original packaging. The subtitles are a little inconsistent, but they're not too bad. It's pretty decent, overall.

I sent an email asking about the price for ordering both Orphen Revenge and Weiss Kreuz, so pretty soon I should be able to order those. Then it's another three weeks until they get here.

Oh well... I have seventy episodes of Card Captor Sakura to keep me occupied. Hehe.

And that'll be all watched in a matter of three or four days, at the rate I'm going.

Oh well. At the moment, I am very, very pleased. Now I'm going to get off the computer and go watch a couple more episodes before I have to leave for belly dancing.

I've never seen CCS, but YAY for you getting your DVDs! I know how it is to await things for a long time... especially DVDs... o_O I almost didn't get my Christmas present for Christmas...

I prefer Touya too (although Yukito is sweet, Touya is hot!!! You're eithe watching in Japanese or subtitled aren't you? *sulks* I want those, I want those, I want those! *cries* All these things I missed because I only get the crappy dubb version! (albiet at least shown in the right order - thanks CITV for that one tiny blessing, even if you DID stop in the middle because you are bastards).

Anyway, I'm glad you're enjoying CCS, it must be brilliant fun! They are all such adorable things aren't they? (I love Li, he's MINE!) Enjoy yourself!

Yes, they are subtitled. :) And believe me, I know what you mean about the dub. I used to be stuck with it, too. I'm so glad I ordered these, though... they were worth every penny! Touya and Yuki are *so* cute together, and I love Sakura and Shaoran (Li)! ^^

And yes, Shaoran is really cute! *grin* I love when he has a crush on Yukito, and even more when he has a crush on Sakura! He's so cute when he's all flustered! Hehehe...

I can't wait to see when Meiling comes in... she can be a pest and a half, but she's just as cute as everyone else. ^^ And, hey, who wouldn't want to marry Shaoran? Can't blame her for being protective.

Ah, I could talk about these all day... but I'll spare you. ^_~

Don't worry about sparing me, I love hearing about every change in the dub! It gives me more amunition about evil dubbers! Besides, it's fun to know "the truth" about them all! And I agree, if I was Meiling, I'd be protective of Shaoran, particually in light of how cute he is! (espcially when he blushes and gets flustered!)

By the way, can you do me a favour? When you finish watching all your subs, can you tell me if anyone ever actually kisses anyone? My sister is desperate to know if Shaoran kisses Sakura (it would be so cute!) and I just want to know about any! *laughs* So...pity one who cannot have subs and ease my pain?

Well, I haven't seen all the episodes, but my guess would be that no kissing takes place. :( I wish they would... I love Shaoran and Sakura. But they don't actually become a couple until the end of the second movie (which is the end of the series). And, there was an episode where they *almost* kissed... you've probably seen it in the dub - it's the one where they're doing a play, and Sakura and Shaoran are the prince and princess. (Shaoran is the princess, hehehe) The subtitled version shows a little more than the dub, but they don't actually kiss. Unfortunately.

But there are about twenty episodes where Shaoran has a crush on Sakura - everything after the Final Judgement, basically. And he's very cute and flustered and sweet. I feel sorry for Meiling, though...

Hey, if your sister likes the couple, I have a few CCS pics of Shaoran and Sakura I could send... some are manga pics, but I have a few from the anime. Also, if you want to check out the manga at all, I know of a site that has fully translated scans from every single volume. The only problem is that it's on Geocities, which means every so often the bandwidth will run out and you'll have to wait an hour to access it again. ^^;; But it's worth it.

You just click on the cover image to read each volume of the manga. They're fully translated, but you still have to read them from right to left, Japanese style. :)
