Hunger Games

Okay, this movie looks awesome!

I think I will wait to read the books until after I have seen it. Don't want to spoil myself, because it looks like it will make an exciting film.

I've read the books, and I'm kind of looking forward to this! I won't reveal the ending so as not to spoil you though.

I am curious though- do they intend to do the whole trilogy? I hope it doesn't fall through like the Golden Compass in any case.

A film for Catching Fire has already been confirmed. Fingers crossed we don't have a Golden Compass on our hands!

I've also read the books. I wasn't looking forward to the film, worried it wouldn't live up to my expectations, but the trailer has me really excited!

THE BOOKS ARE AMAZING. Having already read the books, I'm even MORE excited for the movies now! I respect your decision to wait but maaaaaann you might want to reconsider, since they totally right up your alley and if the movies turn out to be not great, that might spoil the BOOKS for you, and that would be a huge shame.

Also, reading the books now gives you your chance to imagine who these characters are and what they look like BEFORE the actors sort of cement certain ideas into your head. I love my mental Katniss a lot, and you should have your own mental Katniss too!

SO THINK ABOUT IT. PLUS, HOW CAN YOU WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR? YOU SHOULD READ THE FIRST BOOK TONIGHT!

(I know that is probably not possible but lol I HAD TO SAY IT!)

The trailer seemed really interesting.

I saw the book at the bookstore to and was debating on whether or not to read it.
