I finally got my 'Descendants of Darkness: Devil's Song' DVD in the mail today. Score! Hijiri's voice wasn't too bad - like Hisoka's, it takes a little getting used to, but once I did, I more or less enjoyed it. Hisoka's VA is better, I think... but that's okay, because Hijiri's only in one arc.

I'm really starting to like Watari's dubbed voice, too. Call me crazy...

Also, the DVD had a music video on it! I thought that was pretty cool. I've watched it, and... yeah. I enjoyed it. I wish they'd done one for the first arc, too, because I thought they did a good job with this one.

The first DVD had that 'About the Manga' thing, and the second one has this. I wonder what the third and fourth DVDs will have. Hehe. It'll be worth getting them to find out, I guess. I'm kinda hoping there'll be outtakes at some point. Those are always fun.

Anyway, I've only watched one episode so far, but I have to go to work today, so I'll save the rest for either tonight or tomorrow morning.

I'm still trying to figure out how Watari's accent went from British to Australian between the first and second arc. What's next - Minneosotan? ^_^;;

Admittedly, though, I am getting used to the dub voice for Watari. Hell, I even got used to the bass Gushoushin.

Oh yeah! I just checked the Central Park Media website, and they have a special feature on their right now on Descendents of Darkness. Nothing much new (well, the TsuzukiWatari wallpaper will probably become my new background at work), but for the extras on the third dvd, they have listed "Virtual Tarot Card Reading" and "Fun Facts Video." Whatever that's supposed to mean...
