Well, it turns out I did have to work yesterday, so I wound up being late. But that's okay. I have to work today too, but whatever.

School is out! Yay!

I finished part two of Obsession yesterday - score! Orphen is a crazy stalker. Hehe... so much fun! I am definitely enjoying this one.

Also, I posted part four of Dragon of Twilight. Yay for Aphrael!

Okay... just went and checked my mail... my anthology is here! Yay! And I took the time to look through it before finishing this entry.

Seriously, I swear some of these artists are Orphen/Majic fans. I can't read a lot of it, but they HAVE to be. I mean... come on! A lot of the strips appear to be from the Revenge series - you can tell not only by the outfits, but by the occassional inclusion of Licorice. A couple were manga-based, but I don't think very many were.

There was a really disturbing gag strip that I think was based on the episode where Orphen sent Licorice and Cleao to buy his things. They appear to be arguing about which type of underwear to buy him - boxers or briefs. Then Majic interjects and holds up something than looks like a loincloth.

Ummm...

Yeah, I'm still recovering from that one.

There was also a strip each for Orphen's and Majic's bathing suits in the first episode. Rightfully so - Orphen was in a speedo, and Majic... well, let's not go there.

The first comic appears to be a Majic/Fiena comic - and it once again involved Fiena blasting Orphen with her eyes. That particular artist appears to have a fascination with that... It also went from there to Stephanie attempting to kidnap Majic and replace him with a 'Majic' robot. Then Azalie was cooking up shrimp-Hartia. Honestly, this comic reminds me of some of my strange anime dreams.

Then there was a comic where Cleao and Majic were turned into little kids. They were so CUTE! And Orphen had to take care of them - haha! They adored him, too - constantly glomping him and such. Azalie was in there, and appeared to be quite frustrated - because Orphen paid a lot more attention to the kids than to her.

Okay, and then they had some gag strips based on fairy tales. The three little pigs were Volcan, Dortin, and... Childman???? Um... miscast? Hartia and Orphen (well, when he was Krylancelo) were Hansel and Gretal, and Azalie was the wicked witch. Then Hartia was Cinderella... and Azalie was the fairy godmother. Both times she appears to be pulling out the Sword of Baltanders at the end. It looks like they did a new take on Cinderella, with Cleao dressed as a princess - but then so was Leki... um... yeah, and the glass slippers were clearly *not* made to fit Cleao...

Majic was Little Red Riding Hood. This was right at the beginning of the series of strips and also in the middle. At the beginning, Azalie appears to be chasing Majic down with a lipstick. Orphen was the Big Bad Wolf. (This sounds like a bad porn movie) He studies his script for a moment, and tries to attack an unsuspecting Majic. However, he never gets the chance because Fiena was the grandmother and she clubs him over the back of the head for trying.

At this point, I'm shaking my head. Poor Orphen.

Also, for some reason, in one of the comics, Cleao is saying something to Orphen and included in the bubble with her words is a picture of Majic sitting in hot water with little hearts all around him... I'm not entirely sure I *want* to know what she's saying.

The next comic has something to do with a notebook Majic finds... Orphen is being mean to him, so he writes that down... And then all of a sudden, Orphen is being super nice. But at the end, he's not. It's strange.

And then a manga-based comic... It looks like Majic is saying he's fallen for Dortin... ummmmmmm... but in the end, it seems to be some kind of ploy to get Orphen's attention - which, incidentally, works. (how can you IGNORE something like that?)

And there were more stickers at the front of the book, so yay!

Anyway, I am pleased with this purchase. Mwaha!
