(no subject)
I may or may not be working tonight. Probably not, but I'll be ready just in case.
Yesterday, Sherri called in sick. That's fine, except for the fact that there are only two of us who actually work Sundays, and her boyfriend called *me* at eleven in the morning to report that she wouldn't be coming in to replace me at three. And then left the business of calling people to me. (My boss later told me I shouldn't have to do that)
I couldn't find anyone. I almost ended up having to work the whole twelve hours. My boss managed to get someone to come in at four, and by then it felt like my head was going to explode. I was *so* glad to be out of there.
I seriously hate that place.
And the best part is that, even though Sherri was ill enough to be taken to the hospital yesterday "she should be fine to work today".
If she's so sick, how can she work a day later?
Anyway, that's why I'm getting all ready today in case I get called in at the last minute.
On another note... guess what I'm going to watch this morning?
I'm already at the Etemon arc. Of which I have hardly any episodes. Darn it... I need to collect more. If they come out with a second DVD with the next thirteen episodes on it, I think I'll actually buy it.
Speaking of buying things... I bought some Card Captor Sakura manga. I wonder how good the official translation is. I guess I'll see, because I bought the issue where Touya gives Yue his power and then the one after that where Yuki admits he has feelings for Touya.
What couple do I like best on Card Captor Sakura? Hmm...
