20 OTPs? Are you crazy?
I've seen this kicking around - I just have to assume it's a meme, but it didn't come with instructions. However, the description kind of says it all. I assume that you pick 20 OTPs and list them.

third_requiem only listed five on her journal anyway. Granted, she actually gave reasons for each of them...

2. Trowa x Quatre (Gundam Wing)
3. Ken x Omi (Weiss Kreuz)
4. Akira x Hikaru (Hikaru no Go)
5. Killua x Gon (Hunter X Hunter)
6. Tsuzuki x Hisoka (Yami no Matsuei)
7. Touya x Yukito (Card Captor Sakura)
8. Kit x Nita (Young Wizards)
9. Cooro x Husky (+Anima)
10. Leorio x Kurapika (Hunter X Hunter)
Hunter X Hunter is the only anime that has two... huh. Does it mess up the definition of OTP if you have two in one fandom? I always thought OTP meant a pairing that you wouldn't want to see broken up for any other pairing, so I figured they'd both fit.
