I followed a link provided by nighteevee to a very long fandom history of someone called MsScribe. She was a well-known person in the Harry Potter fandom... I knew absolutely nothing about that fandom going into this, but really, you didn't have to. If you know the basics of any fandom, this is definitely an interesting read. It amazes me the lengths people will go to for attention - any kind of attention.

In other news, Cody is playing through Tales of the Abyss from the beginning again, and I'm going to read the strategy guide and help him along. We're going to see if we can beat the anime to the end!

We'll see how that goes.

Yeah, I know what you mean. But it really was an interesting read. There is a lot of crazy batshit in there.

I..wow. I was in HP fandom at the time and I had no idea most of this was going on. Then again, I was an H/D fan so I pretty much avoided the H/Hr and H/G forums.
I do remember fandom_scruples though..a couple of very good friends of mine made the blacklist. I remember being confused by AJ's inclusion, since I don't think she wrote anything much higher rated than PG-13.
But apparently it had more to do with her being popular and somewhat involved with FA than with her fics.

I barely have the time and energy to be one person. I can't imagine trying to maintain more than a dozen identities...and just to cause trouble?

'in her head' sounds like a scary place to be. I'm actually more interested in knowing what her husband thinks of all this..the fake court cases especially. I wonder if he even knows?
What level of batshit does she practice rl, I wonder? She obviously loves being involved in Desperate Housewives level drama.
