Jun. 20th, 2002 08:55 amI'm so obsessed with Weiss Kreuz! My god, I love Ken! He's a sweetie! Even if he can be kind of a dumbass at times. Oh well, whatever. And Omi is so cute... Gah, they're meant to be, ok? No one's telling me different, and if they are, I'm not listening to them.
Heh. Yeah, I get like this when I pick a couple. When I was obsessed with Digimon, a couple people wanted me to write Daikeru! Here I pause to shudder at the thought. I'm sorry... I realize it's a perfectly good couple. I love both Daisuke and Takeru. But I don't like them together myself. The idea of writing them together is... just... well... ugh. I am a Daiken fan. That's all there is to it.
My new couple to cringe at the thought of is now RanKen. Again, I can see why people like it, considering both Ken and Aya are hot. But... I don't. If anything, I don't see Ken as uke. The only way I'd ever see that couple is as Ken/Aya. But most people write it the other way, so...
Bah, whatever. Everyone's entitled to their opinion. These are just mine.
Of course, Omi being my favorite character, and with the lack of KenxOmi fics, I can usually read the other two Weiss pairings with him, depending on the fic. But I wish there was more KenxOmi out there. In my opinion, there's a serious lack. I have found, and read, about 65 KenxOmi fics. Lady Cosmos thinks that there are more, but if so, I've never found them, and believe me, I've looked. Comparing that to the RanKen fandom - which is huge - makes that laughable. And the fact that people say KenxOmi is popular makes me want to laugh hysterically. If it's so popular, why do none of the many who love the couple write fics for me to read?
Gah, whatever. I'm doing my part - writing fics. I posted another part of When in Rome, and, for Lady Cosmos, I'm just about finished writing part seven. Lemon scene! It's crap, but that's ok. I tried.
I need to finish that off. It's so close to being done! Soon, soon... Then I'll have to get working on part eight, where the action finally comes in. Mwahahaha!
Uh... anyway...
I wish fanfiction.net was working. I would really like to update When in Rome, and there are more than a few fics that I would really like to see updated. Heck, I'd like to read them at all. GAH! They're gone!
Oh well. I was cheered up last night when I visited Kuro Koneko and found that she has doujinshi scans! Only a couple, but it brightened my day. There were three - count 'em, three - KenxOmi doujins in there! Yay!
No... I will NOT buy KenxOmi doujins! No. Must... resist... Need... money... for... college!
