(no subject)

Stupid work. I never want to go back. Some lady came by at about quarter to eight, and wanted to start up her laundry. She totally ignored the sign and wandered in. When I told her that our cut-off was seven-thirty, she started arguing with me! For crying out loud! 'Oh, it'll only take fifty minutes'. I don't care! You can't start your freakin' laundry after seven-thirty! And then when she finally left, she said something like, 'You guys should be open later in the summer, you know'. Like I have any control over that! I get paid eight bucks an hour to clean the place up and do people's laundry. I'm not exactly a big influence there.

Grrrrr...

Oh well. Whatever. Hopefully we don't get anyone like that in there tonight.

Anyway, before I went to work, I managed to get in not one, but TWO episodes of Angelic Layer! Yay! And now I have to wait for the next one to download.

But, anyhoo...

Episode 13 of Angelic Layer. My opinion: good. Not super and fantastic, but good. The introduction of the new system was awesome! And we saw Wizard fight... I like that. Wizard is the best! Then the fight between Buranshe and Hikaru - not bad at all. I loved the hyper-mode! Totally cool! This one ended in a cliffhanger, so of course I had to go on right away. A thumbs up for sure!

Episode 14. My opinion: fantastic! We finally get some history for Misaki's mother! I was wondering how she got sick, and what happened to get her into Angelic Layer. This explains it! And I enjoyed seeing that. Also a little more info on Icchan - *finally*. And then the conclusion of the fight between Buranshe and Hikaru. All in all, a SWEET episode! Two thumbs up!

So despite work, yesterday was a good day. Hopefully today will be similar.
