(no subject)

Okay, I caved and ordered some Yami no Matsuei manga. Anyone who knows me well won't be surprised to hear this. The volumes I ordered were six and eight - the Okinawa stuff, and the end of the Kyoto arc.

I went to that site with the translations to figure out which ones I wanted to see the pictures for. I decided on those two - the first being one with scenes I think will amuse me, and the second having lots of pretty angst.

I could buy the entire series on DVD at ebay for just twenty dollars - it'd be the wackysubs - but I already have episodes 1-3 and 7-9 on video tape, and the rest on my computer, and I don't watch the show often enough to need the DVDs. I might buy the last arc when it comes out in the official 'Descendants of Darkness' DVD. Then I'll have the dub *and* the subtitles. Heh.

Not that I think the dub will be any good.

Oh well.

Anyway, I'm buying the manga from JPQueen, so they're secondhand and only $3.50 each. With shipping, it'll be something like $15 US, which isn't too bad. I still have $40 of credit, so it's covered.

Anyway, no new Weiss fanfiction today, so I'm going to go check out some more Yami stuff.
