Sep. 27th, 2003 10:02 amI intend to watch Digimon 02 episode two this morning! Yay! Daisuke chained to a cliff! Mwahahaha! And evil I'm-a-sexy-bitch-and-I-know-it Kaizer Ken! Hehe... Ken's great - he's so all-purpose. Because as the Kaizer he practically screams "I'll pin you to the bed and get seme on your ass!" But as good Ken, he's more like, "Throw me down and ravish me! Pleeeease?"
I love it.
Anyway, I also saw Underworld last night with V, Jo, and Adam. It was a pretty good movie. I wasn't bored, anyway. And the main female character didn't need to be saved! Yay for her! She was a fighter. Unfortunately, it looked like she was an oddity; there didn't seem to be many strong females. But at least there was one.
Also, the movie had the very, VERY obvious theme of class division, which V and Adam were discussing. It had the rebellion, the distortion of the past... As V puts it, the victors are the ones who write history. Without the special effects, transformations and all that, it could've been about humans. And power was everything, really. That's just the way of it.
It was a very good movie.
I love it.
