Apr. 1st, 2004 08:43 amLast night was a pretty bad night at work... bleh. First off, I came in and found that they had left me more than they really should have to do - although I might've been able to get most of it done if our dryer weren't broken.
Which meant the maintenance guys were also in there trying to fix it, and they left a nice big mess for me to clean up.
Plus, while I was desperately struggling to get all of this done, I had a million customers with clothing to be taken in that had very important specifics I needed to take down and put on each piece of a sixteen-or-some-odd-item order.
And let's not even speak of the laundromat people. I did have a guy in there until about quarter to nine, which isn't bad. He was nice, too, and said I should apply for a job where he works. Apparently they start you off at $9 per hour, and they let you pick your own hours.
... It sounds too good to be true.
Today's my day off, and I'll be doing that little assignment for tomorrow, which should only take an hour or so, and then getting ready for my exam.
Fun times.
Oh well... it's almost over.
