Apr. 15th, 2004 09:20 amOkay, so my prediction was off - I'm not exactly going to complain.
Yeah. My Hikaru no Go DVDs arrived yesterday. Excellent!
They have nice cover art, and the quality is actually pretty good for DVD-R. The subtitles are great, of course - they're fansubs rather than wackysubs.
I know, I know. Pirated material. I wanted Hikaru no Go, darn it all! It's not like I can buy the official release, since it's not even out yet. And I couldn't afford it.
Ehehe...
Um... other than that, no news from yesterday at all. How did I spend my day? Wathing Hikaru no Go. And then working. With some chatting on the 'net in between.
RahXephon will have to wait, I'm afraid. I'll get it watched before it's due back, though. It's a great series, but it is no Hikaru no Go.
Oh, also! Before I forget again... I finally made that little Hikaru no Go clone page I threatened to do a while back. A couple of the 'clones' are a stretch, but that's okay because it's all in good fun. If nothing else, check it out for 'The Four Stages of Touya Akira'. Because we all *know* those guys are clones.
Copy and paste this one (it won't work if you just click on it, because geocities doesn't do remote linking): http://www.geocities.com/aphrael999/Fun/Clones.html
Yeah, there's a few Digimon ones on there. I couldn't help myself - it was *there*, darn it all!
