May. 6th, 2004 10:11 amSo yesterday I picked up the first volumes of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and XXXholic.
I wasn't as thoroughly impressed with XXXholic as I was with Tsubasa. It was fun and amusing, and I love the way the witch speaks. It's just so fun. I'm not sure if I'll be buying the second volume, though - it depends on how much money I happen to have.
I will definitely be buying the second volume of Tsubasa. I've actually read the first two and a half volumes scanlated, but I really do want to have them. I adore this series. I think I love Fai the most, although I do have a leaning for the characters of Card Captor Sakura since I knew them first.
I'm enjoying it, anyway.
Also, I did some speculating yesterday at work, and I think I've got my next fic figured out. If I can manage to pull it off, it'll be pretty creepy.
It will also be more than just one part long. Excellent!
At least that'll give me something to think about.
