Dec. 17th, 2004 10:21 amI've said this numerous times already, but... HAPPY BIRTHDAY, V! Hope it's a great one!
This song is surprisingly good... I usually don't like image songs. I guess it IS Seki Tomokazu, though - I liked his voice when he did singing for Weiss, and I like it now. Plus, I like the feel of this song.
Damnit... the universe is conspiring to make me like Yzak. I didn't like him at first!
I did manage to get stuff accomplished yesterday. That Christmas story I'm working on is coming right along. And I finished the epilogue for Threads of Fate, my NaNoWriMo story! So it's done!
This is the first original story I've finished, and even though it's pretty crappy and rushed in places, I am proud of it. So last night I arraged it all into parts in my GreatestJournal memories, and you can find it all here if you are interested in reading it. Some of the parts end in weird places, since I tended to post when I finished writing for the day - which wasn't always at the best place to end a part.
But it's done! I finished it!
I am so proud.
I had another weird dream last night. This one was about characters from Digimon 02. I have no idea why. Daisuke had lost his mind in some kind of attack, and acted kind of vague and childish. Takeru and Yamato were looking after him for a while. Ken was evil. They were the only ones in the dream. Yamato ran into trouble somewhere, and Takeru left Daisuke in a place he thought was safe to go rescue him. Daisuke got confused and left to go after them. He ended up running into Ken, who pretended to help him even though he had no intention of doing so and was just trying to run him around in circles. And yet Daisuke still somehow finds Takeru, who tells him Yamato is missing and that he should stay away from Ken, because he's evil. For some reason, Daisuke thinks Ken knows where Yamato is, so he sneaks away from Takeru and goes to ask him to set him free. Ken lets him think that he does know, and tricks him into being his slave. I think I woke up around that point. It was really bizarre - and a lot like a bad Ken-as-Kaizer fanfic. Heh.
I did watch Digimon last night, but it was Frontier, not 02. Who knows where these things come from? The mind is a strange place.
