(no subject)

Well, I was perusing through the local video store, and I came across something interesting. The X/1999 OAV. Dubbed. I wasn't too sure what my reaction should be.

However, I rented it. And now I have watched it.

I didn't actually like the OAV. Maybe it was the dub, or it might have been the way everything happened so quickly. Plus, I found the stuff about the underground computer kind of boring. And Fuuma annoyed me. Bleh. Whatever. That stuff isn't *too* bad...

But Subaru dies at the beginning!!!!!!!!! How could they do that to him??? I was not pleased!

Now, I've only seen two episodes of X, but I've heard *lots* about Subaru, and I've seen pictures. He's really cool looking and sounds awesome. I was *very* disappointed to see that he had only a small role at the beginning of the movie.

Oh yeah, and speaking of X, I watched the second episode! I really like Sorata! He's cool! I'm still waiting for stuff to actually happen, though. I saw it in the OAV, now I want to see in the series when Kamui joins the Dragons of Heaven. Hehehehe...

Oh yes, and I watched episode 9 of Angelic Layer and episode 10 of Magic Knight Rayearth. Misaki's still in the Kantou tournament! Yay! She beat the pop star person. I was happy to see that. And Umi woke up the Rune God! Or... the first Rune God? I'm a little confused. Oh well. Umi's awesome! Hikaru is still my favorite character, though.

And I'm still writing fanfiction for Weiss, through all this. I love Ken and Omi. Not the new Ken and Omi, though. The new designs can kiss my... never mind. It will always be the older Ken and Omi.
