Well, we went to see that new Johnny Depp movie last night - mostly because it's Johnny Depp and Jo's a big fan. He is definitely hot.

He couldn't save the movie, though, at least in my opinion. I thought it was absolute crap. But V and Adam liked it. Jo didn't seem to have an opinion - but then again, she was tired.

Adam's friend Jen sat next to me, and we were almost laughing through it. I don't think most of the parts we found amusing were supposed to be funny.

It wasn't as bad as Dreamcatcher, though. And nothing has managed to match What Lies Beneath for utter suckiness.

I also re-watched the first couple episodes of Hikaru no Go yesterday, and I can see now why I thought the series was boring. I should've read the manga first. The first part of the manga was surprisingly engaging; the first part of the anime, even though it's pretty much the same things happening, doesn't quite have the same irresistible quality.

I've read through 17 volumes of manga now, too, so I'm moving on through the filler chapters and into the Hokuto Cup stuff. Coolness.

Also downloaded the other specials, which I'll get around to watching at some point. Anyone want to let me know how they are?

If you call me Kelly, you're a friend or family member.

If you call me Kelmo or Kel, you're one of my close friends.

If you call me Aphrael, you know me online.

If you call me Aphrael-san, you're a fan of my writing.

If you call me Aphy, you are Sarah talking to me online.

If you call me silverthunder, you only know me by this journal.

If you call me Miss Moon, you're my teacher.

If you call me 'sweets', you are Rae.

If you call me 'dear' in jest, you're Jeremy before we broke up.

If you call me 'dear' not in jest, you're going to get a funny look.

I think that's it. Any other names I might've been called are not so polite.
