Well, it looks like LJ is issuing a public apology and restoring journals that were removed in error. I haven't checked around to see which those include and which have stayed suspended, but it's a start.

NOTE: Skip to the last page and look at kazahaya's list of questions that still need to be addressed. Those really do seem fair, don't they? I wonder if LJ will provide answers.
